An elegant form with densely packed petals in butterscotch with a burgundy reverse.  Bloom size is about 4 to 5 inches on a compact plant about 36 inches high. She is one of the first to bloom in my garden and blooms profusely.  Creme de Cognac can change color quite a bit depending on conditions and the weather.
